Cancellation Policy for Rama Hills Unity Resort

• To make a cancellation, please send us an email to: ramahillsunity05resort@gmail.com
• Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone.
• You will receive a 100% refund if the cancellation is made at least 5 days before the date of arrival.
• A credit note will be issued for cancellation made within 5 days of check-in date.
• No refund or no credit note will be provided for cancellation made on the same day of check-in or in the event of a no show.
• The refund will be processed after 30 working days from the date of the cancellation request. Depending on the bank, the refund may take slightly
longer to reflect in the account statement.
• Credit note can be used at any of our other resorts and can be redeemed by you or your friends or family.
